    Chronic inflammation is a factor in many diseases, and can be dramatically worsened or improved by what we eat. While there isn’t one anti-inflammatory diet, there are foods, nutrients, and eating patterns that are recommended to reduce inflammation and promote radiant health.

    In our Anti-Inflammatory Meal Prep Clubs led by Chef Jess from Mama Jean, we will emphasize these health-promoting foods in gluten-free/plant-based menus featuring a diverse variety of vegetables, proteins, herbs and spices, and prebiotic/probiotic foods that optimize gut health.

    Join us for one or both of our spring Meal Prep Clubs - there will be two different menus. As always, we will prepare several dishes together as a group and then divide up the food to take home at the end. Just bring your containers, and we’ll guide the class through the rest!

Following up on our wonderful wintertime cooking class, we’ll select recipes that celebrate the early signs of spring, and then sit down to enjoy the dishes together for a BYOB brunch.

    Note: some dishes may incorporate meat, dairy, and/or gluten. Participants will purchase the cookbook through Molly’s Bookstore with a 20% discount and submit their picks for dishes to make in class! We will send out a survey once the class is registered.

Email Jess if you are interested in scheduling a private meal prep club for you and your friends at The Kitchen, in your home, or at another venue. We make 4-5 different dishes and then pack up servings to take home at the end of class. The menu can be customized to meet the needs of your group. Just bring your tupperware/pyrex and we’ll take care of the rest!

Mama Jean also provides private in-home cooking lessons that are customized to meet our clients’ needs and interests!
